We had a great stay there. Everything worked in the room and it was very restful. We were able to use our leftover US dollars from Cambodia to pay for accommodation. Despite hard communication, the staff was very helpful, especially when we heard strange noises next door. Would recommend 100 %!
A nice and quiet place. Room is clean and staffs are friendly. Just most staff cannot speak English. The location of hotel, well, by vehicle to border is about 15 minutes, to downtown is 5 minutes. Not bad.
The rooms are bare minimum but they are very clean and very large.
I haven't found any staff that speak English but the smiles and nods and some hand gestures should get you through checking in.
It really is a beautiful property and it is right off the main road. Only three kilometers to the Border.
If you're going to the Border or the train station you won't have any trouble finding transportation. Whether from a tutuk or a motorcycle -Taxi. You need only step on to the sidewalk for perhaps a minute or two before rides will be offered.
If you are seeing the world on a budget, I highly recommend.
So much space in the room. Quiet place. Perfect for one night (or more if you just want to chill) before crossing the border..

Nice atmosphere, good personal, rooms are little old and need some restyle bit anyway are big and private parking
Wonderful gardens, great for a stroll! A bit far from the centre, ojek (moto taxi) is 40baht to the border, tuktuk was 80baht. Decent eateries nearby, but not at the hotel itself. Room was very clean, AC worked, but it is a bit old. Quiet.
Price is right for a very basic room. AC and hot water and Thai TV. No refrigerator or hot water jug in the room. But the price is right if you just need a place to crash for the night
